Delta Force Desire by C.J. Miller

51-JdrB-y0LThe latest C.J. Miller release has an abundance of dangerous incidents plus emotional situations. Suspense constantly builds, while longing between the main couple also keeps mounting despite their complicated circumstances. I never knew what type of peril would occur or where it might take place, and these uncertainties heightened the trepidation I felt during much of the book. The storyline is unique, and its take on a conceivable problem into today’s society where computers are so important made for a fascinating read. DELTA FORCE DESIRE has a wide range of emotions along with plenty of risky escapades.

While Kaitlyn “Kit” Walker has not worked as a computer scientist for four years, she always worries the former project to which she is connected will end up causing her trouble one day. With her expert computer skills, she had hoped no one, especially any enemies, would ever find her. Yet she has been found, and she quickly realizes just how much jeopardy she is now in. The endeavor that she had a big part in creating has caused Kit to be in grave danger, but at least an agent from the West Company is there to keep her from being harmed.

When Griffin Brooks was assigned his current mission, he was only supposed to retrieve a woman wanted by terrorists because of her knowledge relating to a secret U.S. government project. But instead of handing Kit off to another agent, she becomes his responsibility. Griffin does not take on tasks where he must watch over anyone, as there is too much guilt over the death of his wife whom he did not protect. But when his staying by Kit’s side is required to gain her assistance, he finds himself torn between duty and desire.

A large number of obstacles are certainly standing in the way of Griffin and Kit ever being in a relationship. From determined terrorists who use deadly force to several issues that catch them off guard because of the unexpectedness, this couple will be put through the wringer over and over again. How they react to the many perilous events in their lives proved both can outsmart others. Griffin’s way may be more physical, while Kit uses the computer to fight her battles, yet their minds are always planning ahead toward a goal. One huge threat in DELTA FORCE DESIRE is a modern day danger, where computers can be a blessing or cause a disaster. C.J. Miller makes the story interesting with disturbing possibilities.

Kit is someone whose interaction with men has often had unpleasant results, as she is much more adept with computers, and several conversations with Griffin are awkward and had me feeling her embarrassment. But he always tries to be careful with her feelings, and this has him coming across as a true hero on numerous occasions. Since he has never gotten over his wife being killed and feeling he is to blame, this fact greatly influences many of his responses to the situations they have to face. As the spend time together, the sexual tension keeps building and is frequently off-the-scale. There were a few times when I could practically feel the heat being generated by all the lusty yearning between these two, and I definitely needed a cool drink after one particular episode. I hope to see more stories featuring the West Company and its capable agents. DELTA FORCE DESIRE has adventures, passion, and much emotion.

Deep Dark by Laura Griffin

51QtHl2ilzLThis is the tenth book in the Tracers series, and the latest story about the elite investigative group, Delphi Center, is one of the best yet. DEEP DARK has enthralling realism during every suspenseful episode. There is constantly much uncertainty as to what will happen next, while the romantic aspects are smoothly blended into the storyline. Laura Griffin is definitely one of the top authors when it comes to creating convincing romantic suspense, as characters are very believable and every riveting situation is plausible.

When Reed Novak begins his investigation into the death of a woman, there are few clues and no solid evidence pointing to a particular suspect. Then the detective with the Austin police department receives a cryptic text message that leaves him even more puzzled about the victim and her perplexing murder. After discovering the identity of the person who sent him the supposed facts, Reed tries to learn if Delaney Knox actually knows something relevant about his case. Though she gives him a little information, he feels certain Laney knows more about the dead woman than she is willing to tell him.

Working at the Delphi Center gives Laney the chance to use her hacking skills, and she specializes in catching those who prey on others now that socializing is so popular on the Internet. One of the reasons she is so interested in this new murder is because she could have easily been killed during a violent incident in the past, and several factors about the current case are just like what occurred to her. While she does offer her assistance in finding the individual responsible, working closely with Reed causes unexpected feelings to surface.

The hero and heroine in DEEP DARK are a couple with whom I instantly connected, and I was truly concerned about their happiness on numerous occasions. Laura Griffin skillfully drew me into the lives of Reed and Laney, two people who seemed so real regardless of the situation in which they found themselves. Whether they are searching for decisive proof about the murder, or are exploring their growing desire for one another, the moment is always packed with reactions that are totally genuine and let me know exactly how they felt about the circumstances. Reed is a dedicated cop who follows the rules while protecting those in need. Yet from the time he meets Laney, his steadfast professional beliefs are not quite as easy to follow. I thoroughly enjoyed the doggedly persistent way that Laney would not give up her pursuit to find the killer. Though she is not really comfortable working with the authorities, stopping a heartless murderer using her expertise is more important. The relationship of Reed and Laney is certainly complex, and I enjoyed seeing how things would work out between them when things became even more difficult.

Anything related to a homicide is expertly portrayed with specifics that let me know much research had been done to make scenes as accurate as possible. I frequently felt as though I was right there in the room watching evidence be collected, and then I was able to experience the analysis of whatever was found. There are a number of surprises which I did not see coming, and their disclosures left me stunned. Laura Griffin always makes details come across as factual, causing me to feel like the story could have taken place. Several of the Delphi Center employees are featured from time to time, and it was great getting to revisit with some of these favorite characters. I hope the Tracers series continues for many more installments. DEEP DARK is imaginatively chilling.

A SEAL to Save Her by Karen Anders

51TnKUcerZLThere is nonstop danger in the fifth book of the To Protect and Serve series, where trusting the wrong person could get the main couple killed. A SEAL who has committed his life to protecting others and the sister of his best friend are on the run, facing one difficult obstacle after another. While hiding from enemies, an unexpected bond forms, changing both their lives and raising questions. The To Protect and Serve series by Karen Anders is always packed with action plus emotion, and A SEAL TO SAVE HER has both in abundance.

As the leader of a group of SEALs sent on a crucial mission, Lt. Dexter Kaczewski keeps wondering if he could have made different choices and prevented the devastating outcome of the assignment. Since he ended up in a hospital because of a serious injury, he has lots of time to think about what happened. He is certainly surprised when he gets a surprise visit from the sister of a fellow soldier who was also hurt. Piper Jones may now be a US senator with an important bill to pass, yet when her younger sibling is wounded in Afghanistan, she puts family first. But before she can return home, the hospital comes under attack and it appears they are after her.

Dex must quickly decide the best strategy that will keep them from being killed, and he thinks getting Piper away from the area is the first step. His still healing injuries complicate the matter of staying hidden, but there is no time for resting as they will more than likely be followed. With numerous suspicions about the ambush making it hard to trust anyone, Dex and Piper are reluctant to seek assistance. As they try to stay a step ahead of anyone looking for them, they find their feelings are becoming involved despite knowing they should not.

The emotion in A SEAL TO SAVE HER is honest and deeply affecting. I was definitely moved by what either Dex or Piper said on quite a few occasions, as their words were frank and came from the heart. Both have suffered losses at some point in their lives, and how these deaths impacted them told much about their inner character. Piper is especially vulnerable because of how she lost someone very close to her, and her life cannot move forward until she can get past this tragedy. Dex may be an intimidating SEAL on the battlefield, but the compassionate nature he frequently shows to his friend’s sister proves he can be tender as well as daunting. Regardless of his behavior, I always thought he did what was necessary at that particular moment. The desire Dex and Piper feel for one another adds an unwanted challenge to their already tough situation, and I never knew what their responses would be when confronted with overwhelming passion.

As each of the unknowns in the story is revealed, I was often caught off guard as the disclosure was so unanticipated. Karen Anders created a number of clever scenarios for the storyline, and I just could not stop reading until everything played out. The danger is very real during the many harrowing incidents, and I feared for Dex and Piper countless times. Having several past NCIS agents already met in previous To Protect and Serve books was a delight, and I really hope the two men featured throughout the story get to tell about their own lives in upcoming releases. A SEAL TO SAVE HER is an emotion-filled adventure.

Her Colton P.I. by Amelia Autin

518MiG4Jk+LIn the fifth book of The Coltons of Texas continuity, danger could happen at any time to one woman, while the murderous rampage by the Alphabet Killer continues. The new case for an experienced private investigator causes him way too many painful memories, but the safety of three individuals means more than not reliving his troubled past. From the very start, my thoughts were completely caught up in what would happen to the compassionate P.I. and the mother who would do anything for her children. Amelia Autin contributes an enthralling installment to The Coltons of Texas series, where one personal issue after another tugs at the heart. The emotional realism in HER COLTON P.I. is truly remarkable.

After hearing the facts of how their daughter-in-law suddenly left and took her twin sons with her, Chris Colton is determined to personally locate the woman who devastated her in-laws. Holly McCay is now the trustee of her late husband’s money, which will go to the two boys when they are older. But the grandparents fear she will misuse the funds, plus they just want to see the toddlers before they get any older. Since Chris was a foster child, he knows the importance of family while growing up.

Though it is not too difficult for Chris to find where Holly is presently living, he decides to learn her side of the story before informing his clients of her whereabouts. When he does confront her and hears what is going on, he realizes the woman that is supposed to be devious is actually in danger from the scheming older couple. Now Chris needs to have evidence which will provide the truth, while also making certain Holly and her sons remain safe.

Every story created by Amelia Autin has particularly true-to-life characters. Regardless of whether they have good intentions or their motives are deceitful, the behavior of each person comes across as completely convincing. Chris has lived through many traumatic incidents, and several still deeply affect his current life. Being the son of a serial killer made it difficult for him to make close friends, and his foster family did not always make things easy either. So I really admired him for doing everything he could to make himself a respectful citizen, despite what others in the community may have thought. While his business may be successful, Chris seldom takes time for any social life.

When he encounters Holly, his gut instinct and careful observations lead him to make correct deductions about her situation. She is refreshingly honest with the clever P.I., and I certainly enjoyed their many enlightening conversations. The danger she is facing is chillingly real, as sometimes greed is a powerful motivator for being ruthless. Her relationship with Chris is also portrayed with lifelike developments, where emotions come into play and cause candid responses. Their relationship is beautifully depicted with much sincerity and plenty of sensual desire. Love for her two boys is evident in numerous ways, and I was often moved by how Holly reacted to a situation that involved all three of them.

New information comes to light about two of the ongoing mysteries in The Coltons of Texas series, and I was definitely shocked by how one dilemma was resolved. Though some answers have been revealed, there are still plenty of problems to work through before everyone in Granite Gulch, Texas can rest easy. HER COLTON P.I. is an emotional adventure filled with compelling discoveries.

Edge of Surrender by Laura Griffin

51gPMSDTBrLThe gripping conclusion of the first installment in the Alpha Crew series leads to a heart-pounding start in the second episode, where more questions are raised and few individuals can be trusted. Emma has disappeared, and there are hardly any clues for Ryan to follow. But nothing will stop this tenacious SEAL from finding the woman who is beginning to mean more to him than just an assignment. Laura Griffin always captures the imagination with believable dilemmas packed with danger and often impossible odds. Unexpected threats keep EDGE OF SURRENDER constantly intriguing.

When Ryan Owen took Emma Wright to a safe house, he did think anyone would be able to find them. But when she goes missing and he has no idea where she has gone or with whom, he desperately tries to learn what happened to her. It could all be because of her persistent in asking questions about the plane crash that killed several people in the Philippines, including her boss, the wife of a U.S. ambassador. Since Emma was the only survivor, whatever she knows could be placing her at risk and Ryan worries over how far someone might go to keep specific facts secret.

Using the best resources he can find, Ryan relentlessly looks for Emma. The control he learned as a SEAL is needed, as he must not lose focus of his goal to rescue her again. While the first time was because of orders, the current task is for his own reasons. Emma may feel a powerful attraction to Ryan, but putting her life in his hands once more will take much faith since there are so many uncertainties.

As Ryan begins the most important mission of his life in locating Emma, several emotional conflicts are also issues in their lives. A disagreement following a memorable sexual encounter is what led to her disappearance, and now guilt plus reservations makes a romantic relationship doubtful. As they delve into solving the increasing number of threats, Ryan and Emma find the pull between them is very strong and sex is a great way to relieve stress. Being carried away by desire also has the couple becoming more emotionally involved with each other, as their numerous intimate moments bring them closer. I did not know for sure what each would ultimately decide, but I kept my hopes up for good choices to be made in the end.

EDGE OF SURRENDER has riveting adventures and an engaging romance. While the first book about Ryan and Emma concentrated on many dangerous circumstances, this story gave more attention to their relationship while still being suspenseful. Though the government employee was never just an obligation to the SEAL, the idea of losing her only makes him more dogged in keeping harm away. A large number of facts that previously remained hidden are gradually revealed, and I found several details to be surprising. With the story being shorter than a novel, not every scene is fully played out. But enough information is given to let the reader know what led to present happenings. There are secondary characters who definitely need to tell their story, and I hope there are lots more books in the compelling Alpha Crew series.

The Royal Spy’s Redemption by Addison Fox

5132rpwbQHLAfter hidden rubies were discovered in the first book of the Dangerous in Dallas miniseries, the lives of four women are forever changed along with the men who unexpectedly come into their lives. The fourth and concluding story is a high-stakes adventure, where lives are on the line and emotions are deeply affected. Addison Fox got my adrenaline pumping while also making me care for her very likable couple. THE ROYAL SPY’S REDEMPTION has enthralling action and emotions conveyed with intensity.

Hopefully, all the bad luck that recently happened to three good friends of Gabriella Sanchez is finally over. When the women had found rubies concealed under the floor of their Dallas bridal shop, numerous threats had arisen but an event earlier that day should have put an end to any future jeopardy. But when a MI5 agent who took part in the deception shows up at her catering shop after being shot, Gabriella keeps him safe for the moment while speculating about what went wrong.

Luckily for Knox St. Germain, the caterer was working very late. But it also causes her to now be caught up in his mission to retrieve all the gems and keep them from a surprising enemy. A split-second decision to keep aiding Knox puts Gabriella in grave danger, but something about the British agent compels her to take his side, even if he is not completely truthful with her. An obsession with the rubies pushes a ruthless foe to make certain there are no ties back to him, forcing Knox to take drastic steps to protect Gabriella.

Whether a situation is taking place in Dallas or occurring in London, plenty of actual places bring the scenes to life. When unforeseen peril is added into the mix, then the circumstances quickly become riveting as the outcome could go in a number of directions. Addison Fox cleverly uses her imagination to make facts concerning the rubies fascinating, and how it all comes together by the story’s end is definitely entertaining. Since much of the mystery about the stones was revealed in previous installments, this book deals with what will ultimately happen to them and who will be involved in those decisions. Several threats that Knox and Gabriella must face are very risky, and I enjoyed seeing how each would react when endangered. Though the talented caterer is not a trained agent, she can think quickly and keeps her fears under control, making me cheer her on when threats popped up. And for the first time in his long career, Knox is thinking about something besides his mission.

Though Gabriella would like to be in a fulfilling relationship, she certainly never thought the man might possibly be a British MI5 agent. But the instant Knox arrives at her shop with a bullet wound, she feels their connection growing with every interaction that follows. Their conversations are packed with lots of quick wit, and I enjoyed the way in which she never let him get the best of her. There are also some very enlightening discussions where inner feelings are exposed, letting me know what was in their hearts. Knox believed there would never be someone special in his life, and it was very interesting to watch Gabriella try to change his mind. The physical side of their relationship is very steamy yet also expresses genuine devotion. THE ROYAL SPY’S REDEMPTION is a captivating conclusion to the Dangerous in Dallas miniseries.

Colton’s Texas Stakeout by C.J. Miller

51bR4mYIxUL._SX313_BO1,204,203,200_When the fourth book in the Coltons of Texas continuity begins, there is a possibility that the identity of a serial killer in Granite Gulch is known. Yet many uncertainties still exist in the ongoing mystery where few solid clues can be confirmed. What previously happened to one family in Texas many years ago keeps affecting each member to this day, and a sister feels she has much to prove before true happiness can be hers. C.J. Miller adds numerous twists to her Coltons of Texas installment, where questions are constantly raised but answers are not always easy to discover. COLTON’S TEXAS STAKEOUT has heartfelt emotional issues and hidden dangers.

While the recent murders of six women in the area around Granite Gulch, TX are similar to those committed by her father long ago, Annabel Colton’s parent in is prison and cannot be blamed. Being a cop in the small town had her attempting to find the person responsible, and she luckily found evidence linked to a woman living nearby. Though her brothers think Annabel does not have the experience to track down the person who might be the Alphabet Killer, she plans to keep working the case and follow any leads. Just because she is a woman will not keep her from carrying out all tasks to the best of her ability, regardless of the risk.

After days of being given no difficult assignments, Annabel receives one that excites her and could demonstrate she is a capable police officer. She will be watching the farm where Jesse Willard lives and hopefully the suspected Alphabet Killer will show up. Even though he insists there has been no recent communication with his half-sister, it is her job to make sure the farmer is telling the truth. While Annabel and Jesse clash over how his sibling is perhaps connected to the unsolved killings, they also feel an undeniable attraction to each other.

Trying to win the approval of her many brothers motivates Annabel to be a good cop, and she feels being in a relationship would only be a distraction. But from the moment she comes in contact with Jesse, her thoughts are now divided between work and her personal life. Both had shameful pasts, and I liked how determined they were to be respectable despite how anyone else saw them. Jesse is very sympathetic to the difficulties of others, and his behavior repeatedly showed his caring nature. I really felt for all he had to go through because of being related to a potential killer, as he suffered numerous hardships because of gossip. How Annabel never let discouragement keep her from carrying out her obligations showed me that she was someone with stubborn tenacity. The relationship of this couple is very challenging from the start. I particularly enjoyed the realistic problems C.J. Miller gave Jesse and Annabel to overcome, and passion between them is sincerely expressed with sensuality and much longing.

Facts relating to the murder investigation are gradually being exposed, and any information learned had me wondering if my own deductions would turn out to be correct. A number of threatening incidences take place in the story, where the guilty party is not always known at first and left me guessing. There are certainly plenty of details yet to be uncovered, and I am looking forward to the next compelling Coltons of Texas book. COLTON’S TEXAS STAKEOUT has peril, lots of emotion and steamy passion.

A Father’s Desperate Rescue by Amelia Autin

51kUpWarUtLThe title of the latest Man on a Mission story is certainly appropriate, as a man finds himself in a horrific situation when his very young daughters are kidnapped. Dirk DeWinter was met in a prior book in the miniseries, where his wife gave him two cherished children before she died. Though he is a famous actor, his family means much more to him than any stardom or wealth. So when the girls are in danger because of an event that took place years ago, being in a foreign country adds to his problems. The days following the abduction are a roller-coaster ride of rising fears and mental torment, expertly entwined with the mounting suspense of what the kidnappers will do next and the unexpected emotional connection between two people on a frantic mission.  Amelia Autin only gets better with every book written, and A FATHER’S DESPERATE RESCUE surpassed my every expectation.

From the moment Dirk DeWinter spied Mei-li Moore in a jazz club in Hong Kong, he was intrigued by her looks and is shocked at how much he would actually like to talk with her. Not since the death of his beloved wife has he noticed another woman in a sexual way, but he feels the time is still not right for him to make any type of move. Dirk is a popular movie star and is in the city making an action film. Since it will take several months to complete, his twin daughters came with him. But when the little girls are taken by someone, he will do anything to have them safely returned.

When it turns out Mei-li is a private investigator plus hostage negotiator, Dirk thinks she is his best bet in getting his children back unharmed. An incident that previously happened in his life is once again causing him trouble, and he is afraid this time the outcome may be devastating. As Dirk and Mei-li try to find the best solution for getting his girls back, they begin to see the other differently than only that of hostage negotiator and client.

The way in which Hong Kong is so vividly described all throughout the story had me feeling as though the setting was well known to me. While I may not have ever been there, I could clearly visualize each location from the colorful details that were easy to picture in my mind. Amelia Autin definitely makes every scene come across as credible, where genuine facts had me believing all situations that arise could occur as portrayed. By knowing about the threat to the children from the very start, the whole book is a race against time to bring them back to their father. Mother Nature even causes a threat to make circumstances more challenging.

While the escalating suspense in the story is noteworthy, the romantic aspects are just as memorable. From the admirable behavior of Dirk and Mei-li to their exceedingly honest reactions, I found them to be a very believable couple. They have insightful conversations about the kidnapping plus their personal lives, and each new revelation drew me more into the storyline. The more I learned about Dirk and Mei-Li, the more I wanted them to have fulfilling future lives. Their relationship grows realistically and is packed with sincere feelings that had me experiencing their every thought and response right along with them. Hopefully, there will be many more Man on a Mission stories to come. A FATHER’S DESPERATE RESCUE is unforgettable romantic suspense, where developments are unforeseen and emotions are conflicted.

At the Edge by Laura Griffin

51K-WEQQI-LWhenever I want a suspenseful story that is equally romantic, a book by Laura Griffin will always satisfy my longing. She never lets me down, as characters are genuine while plots are compellingly realistic. The first installment of the Alpha Crew series has her trademark action scenes, where the only guarantee is the incidents would get my heart racing. The hero is a commanding male, yet his protective side makes him compassionate and totally honorable. A feisty heroine does not let him get the best of her, and repeatedly has the last word because she is not one to back down. When this couple must face unanticipated threats, they need to put their trust in one another or all may be lost. AT THE EDGE enthralls with perilous dangers plus lusty passion.

Though being the personal assistant to the wife of the U.S. ambassador in the Philippines is not always pleasant, Emma Wright feels her career does have many rewards. While flying between islands, something goes horribly wrong and the plane crashes into a remote jungle, leaving her to seek help on her own. Luckily for Emma, a very determined group of SEALs led by Ryan Owen is sent to find any survivors. The team is known as the Alpha Crew, and they have been trained to handle any form of threat and plan to have a successful mission.

After several close calls, they make it back to the states and Ryan never expects to see Emma again. But when the deduction about what happened to the plane seems wrong to her, she starts asking a whole bunch of questions, ones that make her a target. When Ryan realizes Emma is now in much danger, his personal new mission is to keep her safe.

There was never a moment when my mind was not completely held spellbound by AT THE EDGE. Between the numerous circumstances packed with danger and the sensual encounters where desires are fulfilled, I was held captive by the riveting scenes brought to life by the creativity of the author. Laura Griffin constantly manages to make every situation come across as conceivable, and the events occurring in the jungle are especially terrifying experiences. Even back home, Emma is still threatened, and the jeopardy just keeps escalating. The story does end with a cliffhanger that makes me glad the wait for the next installment is very short.

Ryan is someone who is my dream hero. A courageous SEAL who puts the safety of others before his own is definitely a trait I adore, and he has the physical strength to carry out any feat. Also, when the time comes for physical love, he knows how to please a woman. The spunky attitude of Emma had me smiling when she defied Ryan, and his thoughts following her challenges are often priceless. While there are plenty of differences in the lives of these two, the sexual pull is too strong to be ignored. This causes a huge struggle for Ryan, as he is someone who follows orders yet is conflicted when his feelings become involved. I am highly eager to discover what will happen in the second book regarding any risks plus their relationship. Danger in AT THE EDGE may fade but can instantly recur.

Illusions of Death by Lauren Linwood

51OEwlqnLWLWhen a book can keep my attention all the way through, the author has written an excellent story. If the novel happens to keep me guessing the identity of a coldhearted killer until the last moment, then I am doubly entertained. Lauren Linwood has created an extremely frightening premise for ILLUSIONS OF DEATH, where murders seem random and clues are never left behind.

Her work writing a series of suspense novels has brought Karlyn Campbell much success since her readers love her main character. But her private life has not gone as well, especially with her marriage recently ending in divorce. There is also the emotional pain of how her father thinks none of her books are work reading, and this has caused them to not have contact in four years. Yet when Karlyn is informed that he has suffered a stroke, she rushes to her hometown in Georgia. With the direction of her personal life back in New York City very uncertain, she decides to remain in Walton Springs when her dad passes away.

With his career as a detective in Atlanta becoming too stressful for Logan Warner after the murder of his twin children and failed marriage, he thought being a cop in the smaller nonviolent town where he grew up would be easier. Yet his job is once again demanding when someone known as the Rainbow Killer starts to murder victims in the area around Walton Springs. Since Logan and Karlyn have become rather close after she asked him questions about police procedures for her books, the two put their minds together in the hope the murderer can be prevented from killing anyone else.

ILLUSIONS OF DEATH begins creepily as a killer conveys thoughts on how to carry out more horrific deaths. As the police race to stop this madman from claiming the life of another innocent person, I worried over who might possibly become the next victim after being introduced to so many delightful characters in the story. Walton Springs is a quaint community where folks gossip yet look after one another, and no one is safe from the killings with no set pattern. The mystery surrounding who is to blame for taking so many lives is brilliantly thought out and then implemented with cleverly detailed facts. Lauren Linwood had my mind churning with possibilities, just how I like my suspenseful stories.

Logan and Karlyn have certainly endured some painful experiences in the past, and I really wanted them to finally find some happiness in their lives. As their relationship grows, both sexually and emotionally, I enjoyed seeing these two experience daily routines while getting to know each other more fully. Any encounters with friends plus family gave a genuine feel to the story, as every interaction comes across as very realistic. I really admired Logan for his dedication to his career, and how trustworthy plus caring he could be toward other individuals. While Karlyn has also had some troubles in her life, she does not let it hold her back either and has even become an extremely popular writer. Whether Logan and Karlyn are expressing their wishes or conversing about a murderer, they are a couple whom I would truly like to know. ILLUSIONS OF DEATH has intriguing secrets and heartfelt emotions.
